On May 1st, beneath a canopy of stars and linen sails at Tala Beach at 1 Hotel South Beach, Santa Almagia joined some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and conscious brands for Nourish Miami—an F1 Race Week kickoff designed to ignite the senses and elevate impact.
From curated cocktails to silent auctions supporting The V Foundation, Nourish wasn’t just an event. It was a purpose-driven experience where luxury met sustainability, and where Santa Almagia proudly brought the soul of Oaxaca to the shores of Miami.
Tasting Tradition: Santa Almagia’s Ancestral Mezcal Experience

Our tasting began where all great mezcal experiences do—with intention. Guests gathered under the palms to sip from copitas and explore the rich heritage behind our Double Gold–winning Tobalà mezcal. Each pour sparked conversation about terroir, tradition, and craftsmanship—reminding us that luxury is not just in the bottle, but in the story behind it.

What followed was one of the evening’s most memorable moments: a spontaneous mezcal toast between chefs, mixologists, and tastemakers—bonded not just by spirits, but by shared values. Earthy aromas mingled with grilled Kvaroy salmon, smoky wagyu, and ocean air. It was, quite simply, magic.
Tala Beach After Dark: The Energy of Nourish
As night fell, the energy only deepened. Tala Beach came alive with barefoot elegance and candlelit conversations. Guests flowed between live-fire cooking stations, sustainable raw bars, and our mezcal lounge—where Santa Almagia served up heritage in every glass.

Together, Nourish raised over $8,000 to support life-saving cancer research through The V Foundation. Santa Almagia is honored to have been part of this greater mission—and we are so thankful to everyone who tasted with us, shared with us, and toasted with us.
